Professional Heavy Vehicle Driver Training (Pro-HVDT) is a collaborative effort between the Chemical Industry (GLC & MNC); National Institute of Occupational Safety (NIOSH); Productivity Sector Nexus (under the Malaysian Productivity Corporation –MPCV) and the Road Transport Department (JPJ).

- Vehicle Stability ( Skid & Overturn)
- Tire & Suspension Systems
- Defensive Driving & Observation
- Cabin Discipline
- Road Regulations
- Emergency Response & Safety
Pro – HVDT uses a ‘Group Dynamics and Adult Learning approach in its teaching methodology and utilizes the use of special learning aids throughout the training programme.
Pro- HVDT is an industry tested Competency Based Training that has been proven to be effective in delivering driver road safety performance.
